You should check out more of his stuff. He’s obviously a big proponent of science and education. A point that you’re missing is that science and religion and spirituality are all beginning to merge. The trap is choosing to only believe in one thing. Choosing religion over science is the same as choosing science over religion. Science obviously holds more immediate truth than pretty much all religion, but it’s in a constant state of change, and isn’t necessarily the answer to everything.
